Due to the nature of items for sale, in accordance with industry and regulatory standards, and in compliance with health and safety regulation, we are unable to accept the return of any medication orders once they have been dispatched from our registered pharmacy. Please note our pharmacy is unable to accept and/or reuse returned medicines. If you have unwanted medication, please contact your local community pharmacy or council directly for safe and effective disposal. For all online orders placed through our website that are to be delivered, you may cancel an order up until the time of dispatch for a full refund.
