How should I take Alli?

- Alli capsules should be swallowed whole with a glass of water. Do not crush the capsule.
- Do not take more than the prescribed dose within a 24 hour period (Recommended maximum: 3 capsules over 24 hours)
- If your meal does not contain any fats, you are not required to take Alli with that meal.
- We recommended that you incorporate a Multivitamin into your diet, usually taken daily before bed time, to ensure the sufficient absorption of Vitamins A, D, E and K.

What are the side effects of Alli?
The most common side effects of Alli (Orlistat 60mg) include changes to your bowel movements. You may notice and increased frequency in your movements, and a change to more oily or fatty stools. You may also suffer from abdominal bloating. It is also common to experience an increased urgency to pass stools.
